3.		Black's Law Dictionary (Pocket), 3rd Edition from Thomson West Price: $29.70 Customer Review: Blacks is the best on the market in terms of law dictionaries. However, the downside is you need an internet connection for it and that is not always the most convenient for those with limited internet access. He had me hooked from Legal Writing in Plain English. Modern legal Usage gives the modern legal writer confidence to dispense with legalese and write with precision. 6.		McElhaney's Trial Notebook (Third Edition) from American Bar Association Customer Review: The book is required for my Litigation class but so far the readings seem like common sense.
